INTRODUCTION Cinquasia Maroon RT-792-D is a very transparent yellow
shade maroon particularly well suited for copper-bronze metallic finishes, tike other quinacridone products, it possesses the durability and chemical resistance required for use in automotive finishes.
APPLICATION Cinquasia Maroon RT-792-D is widely used in origi
nal equipment and refinish systems in combination with aluminum and transparent red and yellow iron oxides to produce colors ranging from deep russet maroons to light red shade golds.
In addition to unique color and transparency, Cinquasia Maroon RT-792-D also offers excellent floc culation resistance. Because of these attributes, RT-792-P is often combined with transparent iron oxides to compensate for their questionable flocculation , resistance, increase their color intensity and enhance their two-tone or "Flip-Flop" effect.

DURABILITY Cinquasia Maroon RT-792-D offers very good durability in dark and medium
metallic finishes. However, when aluminum content approaches or exceeds 50% of total pigmentation, it is advisable to fortify the system with either red or yellow transparent iron oxides. Transparent iron oxides are suggested since they are the only pigments in the RT-792-D hue range that possess better color retention.

HEAT RESISTANCE Cinquasia Maroon RT-792-D is considered to have excellent heft
stability and oven bake resistance and should be satisfactory in most commonly used baking vehicles and baking cycles.
DISPERSION
Cinquasia Maroon RT-792-D is best dispersed by either ball mill, attritor mill
or two roll chip dispersion for maximum transparency and tinting strength.

colors. The following exhibits (thermosetting acrylic paint) demonstrate the color of various blends of RT-792-D with transparent red iron oxide and aluminum as well as the use of RT-792-D in formulas approximating actual colors originally styled with Cinquasia Maroon RT-792-D.
