Robin: Thanks again for reaching out and for indicating some flexibility for the 13th was possible. In fact, all of my folks can come in for a meeting on the 13th, while many companies are off on Friday because of the holiday. If the 10 a.m. slot is still available, that was the consensus choice at our end. Let me know. Best, Quin
P.S., here is a quick rundown of attendees from EEI, though we'll get you something a bit more formal later on:
Chuck Barlow, Entergy Cari Boyce, Duke Energy Skiles Boyd, DTE Energy Maureen Gannon, PNM Resources Ann Loomis, Dominion John McManus, AEP Frank Prager, Xcel Energy Usha Turner, OG&E Cathy Woollums, Berkshire Hathaway Energy

Hi Robin. I need to send a note to about eight folks who are scattered all over the country to see if the April 14th Friday morning slots will work for most folks (but not 3 p.m., as they will want to travel home that day). Are afternoon slots on the 13th definitely out? I just want to have as many potential windows as possible. Let me know either way regarding the 13th as well as 14th, but either I or my assistant, Cynthia Trueheart, will follow up with you by mid-day tomorrow. Thanks, Quin

Hi
Samantha asked me to touch base to find some time to make this work. Friday 4/14 looks best for her. Would 10:00, 11:00 or 3:00 work? if not, we can propose other times/dates. Thanks very much and take care.

Thanks Samantha. Til have a group of Environmental SVPs/VPs coming in from out of town, so a little advance planning definitely is needed. How is your schedule on April 12, 13 and 14? If you give me some windows that work for you, I can then check OG&E and other schedules to maximize turnout. (As a point of reference, our environmental leadership team is about eight companies.) It also would be useful if you and I chat in advance regarding the anticipated scope of that session. Quin

Good morning Samantha. Recognizing that the overall situation at the agency remains fluid and a beehive of activity, I nonetheless trust that you are easing in and fully in control!
We'vc been communicating regularly with OGAl.'s Sean Trauschke, who in turn spoke recently witli Ryan about scheduling a meeting between the Administrator arid OTs environmental leaders!rip CFOs. We'll work directly with Ryan on the specifies of that session, in the interim.
however, these same C1,0s are requesting that Hid assemble a small group of their senior
company staff to conic in and meet with you and your colleagues, i rom our perspective, this session would focus on key substantive and process (e.g., permuting and siting? issues, as well as the general ERA institutional landscape. When you get a moment, could you call me to discuss this item?
Thanks again for your past courtesies and I look forward to speaking with you soon. Best, Quin

Samantha: Thanks again for efforts by you, Millan and others on the EPA team in arranging for Administrator Pruitt to address the EEI Board of Directors. The Administrator's remarks were extremely well received and provided ample food for thought going forward. In that vein, during the Q&A session the Administrator requested a list of current and pending milestones in cases impacting EEl's members. An initial list is attached. Importantly, it focuses on items that EEI has traditionally engaged and/or where industry unanimity has been established. Individual EEI member companies may supplement this list with additional priorities related to their local operations.
I hope you find this note responsive to the Administrator's request. I will follow up with you relative to this and other matters we discussed at the EEI meeting.
