Your comments in regard to manning our chartered vessels are certainly appro priate. We are dealing with a British concern on the charter of the third vessel. If this deal is consummated as we expect, they should be in a better position to obtain reliable personnel for the vesisel. . . . ' . " \ ' 1' . ; ; ' ' : I had no other comments on your fine report other than whcj.t I gave you in my previous letter. You asked about what I learned on my recent visit to the Greek Plant. Although the lead area performance has been fairly good, performance in the hydrocarbon area has been disappointing. We are making some changes to gain some improvement. One of the changes is that I will be temporarily assigned to the Greek Plant for several months. I certainly enjoyed working with you and your committee. If you are in Greece while I am on my next assignment, I would welcome the opportunity for you to visit our plant again. Very truly yours, FAM:br F. A. McCoy, Manager Manufacturing & Distribution
