Dear Charlie:
Enclosed herewith is copy of the paper entitled "Carcinogenic Effects" describing and discussing potential carcinogenic effects of dioxin, 2,4-D and 2,4,5-T. This is the first of the papers from the Agent Orange Science and Medicine Series which I will be sending to you. I am hoping to comment on the various papers and describe the applicability of these to the case at Nitro.
