On July 17, 1980, * nesting wis held *t the Chevron jobsite In Pascagculi, Mississippi to dlseuss srooosed procedures for Brown 4 Scot's hinilirg, monitoring, *nd dlsposil of asbestos Insulitlon on the Chevron Project. The following agreements were reiehed during the course of this discussion:
(1) It wes igreed thit Brown 4 Root's procedures for isbestos hindllng ire compatible to those used by Chevron md ire iceeptible for the Project's needs.
Chevron representatives offered Brown 4 Root employees the use of disposable respirators 4 paper-type coveralls, avilltble at the Chevron storehouse, for prottetion In eecoeipllshlng this work. Disposal of the same shall comply with Chevron Asbestos Handling Procedures.
(2) Chevron's representatives asserted that monitoring during asbestos handling would be unnecessary based upon results from previous monitoring reports. Brown 4 Root's represent* stives recoemended monitoring this asbestos work In compllines with the section entitled 'Monitoring* within the Asbestos Program of the Petrolem 4 Chemical Division.

These things accomolished, this meeting was adjourned with the general consensus that the agreements reached would achieve completion of tr.e asbestos worn In a safe manner.
