The Reactor Building average remained low, 0,4 for this report period. Good maintenance work and a continuing leak detection program were the primary reasons for the low average.
Seal leaks on the recovery compressor systems were the cause of the high average in the recovery compressor room.
The General Area had 2 excursions greater than 100 ppm, which were caused by a leak at the VCM unloading station. Maintenance has since corrected the problem.
Bendix TWA Analysis:
The computed TWA values for the Utility Operators were above 1.0 ppm. This classification is protected by the use of breathing air.
