Hello Kristina,
I wanted to send along a meeting request form to capture some of the details of the visit for the Administrator that you offered below. If some of the items don't apply, feel free to leave blank, but if you could complete and send back to us, this would help in determining if we're able to make a visit work with his schedule.
Thank you and I look forward to receiving back from you!

Kristina, thank you so much for setting up a great meeting. I will be reaching out to your folks to thank them as well. I certainly hope this will continue to be a useful partnership for both of us.
Speaking for sectors staff, we would love to come out to see the Sweeny/Old Ocean facilities. I will likely be back in Texas in Mid-November so you and I can work to set something up on the staff level.
I do think that this would be something the administrator would be interested in seeing so I've cc'd Millan Hupp our director of scheduling and advance and Tate Bennett who heads our office of Public Engagement. The two of them work to determine the Administrator's availability.
Again, thank you so much for your hospitality in Houston - looking forward to seeing Sweeny/Old Ocean soon!
Best, Daisy

Daisy -
Thanks for coming in yesterday and providing our team with a deeper understanding of Smart Sectors. It was very helpful as to how our industry can better utilize EPA's resources and improve our dialogue.

As mentioned, we'd like to extend an invitation to you and any interested Smart Sectors staff as well as interested political staff to come out to our Sweeny/Old Ocean, Texas facilities for a tour any time after November 10th. Also, if you think Administrator Pruitt would have availability, we'd like to extend the invitation to him as well.
Our facility at Old Ocean, Texas boasts an investment of $6 billion and has been a job creator in the area. Here is more information on the facility: click here. The facility at Sweeny is also worth seeing and is also a tremendous asset to the industry and our area.
Would it be best for me to coordinate with the Administrator's scheduling office for his potential visit?
What do you need from us to schedule a site visit for staff?
Thanks again, and we look forward to welcoming you to Sweeny/Old Ocean, Texas.
Best, Kristina
