At the request of Hr. b. X. Lowe of our Bakelite Company we are sending you the following information on SDA-2A58 vinyl resin formulation which you plan to use as a swimming pool liner. The base vinyl resin Is one approved by the Food and Drug Administration as food packaging mate rial. The plasticiser is likewise approved for packaging of foods with a high water content. The stabiliser has been used In resins on which extraction studies have been made and it is reported that no extraction of stabiliser could be detected la a two-month period of contact with water.
Xn view of the above, X cannot see any haxard to health from the lining KDA-2A58 which you propose to
