Its name is Zug Island. located at - 1400 Zug Island Rd.. Detroit, MI 48209
This high-profile project has been in development for 3 + years, designed to rcpurposc this iconic property directly on the border with Canada. It will create a world-class facility for a multitude of operational opportunities, including supporting Ford, GM, and Stellantis current operations.
It has been actively under discussion with sovereign wealth funds in the MENA region. With the current administration's direction, it can be used to leverage these ongoing interests and discussions, in automotive related collaborations in the Gulf region.
