Uould you be kind enough to arrange to meet with Mr. Schifferle after having discussed these findings with Dr. Amdur on your next scheduled visit to the Akron area. Our particular Interest would be Dr. Amdur's opinion regarding the difference between the studies completed in 1973 and those studies completed most recently. As you can see, there are several employees that demonstrate findings which should give us reason for concern and we would appreciate your discussing these cases specifically with Dr. Amdur. In your diacussion with Dr. Amdur, we are concerned as to what steps should be taken to prevent further deterioration. Kindly advise, after you have reviewed Dr. Amdur's findings with the Doctor and Mr. Schifferle, with copy of your evaluation of this pro blem to Jim Hurd and Ken Gipson.
