Kehoe Dear Dr. Kehoe: I think I am correct in the impression I got from you the other day in Harry's office, to wit; that our instructions for clean ing tanks including leaded storage and/or "blending tanks need not be followed after a tank has been thoroughly cleaned. I believe the criterion of being thoroughly cleaned is that our man has been at that cleaning and can verify the fact. We have in mind now a case where a blending tank has been cleaned and put into other oil service. At the risk of causing some reiteration on your part, we should like to inquire if you feel that such a tank is entirely safe from lead hazards?
