We would be interested in presenting and discussing following topics: Proposed agenda: 1. For 4 years, ChemSec has been evaluating the top 50 global chemical companies on their sustainable chemical management - see ChemScore. We're in close contact with the majority of companies and would like to show you the knowledge we've gained and would like to discuss and share some results and developments in the chemical industry. 2. ChemScore was invented to serve the investment community as the topic of chemicals is underrepresented in investment analysis of corporate sustainability. Last year, we established an Investors Initiative on Hazardous Chemicals, which engages directly with chemical companies on certain topics. We would like to share our insights and investors' needs. 3. As PFAS litigations are mounting, the investment community understands much better the impact and financial risks hazardous chemicals can have. To better understand the chemical topic more transparency is needed. We would like to share what is missing from an investor perspective. 4. The newly enforced Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) forces companies to report on substance classes. We would like to understand if and how ECHA is involved and which data you expect to get in which form. We're looking forward to an interesting exchange.
