Leila, I just received the calendar invite from Kate's assistant for our lunch on April 12. Kate only has 50 minutes for lunch. I'm sorry to bother you, but thought you might know a good place close to Interior that we could meet for lunch. If something comes quickly to mind, let me know. Otherwise, I'll figure out what's nearby. Thanks, Jim

Leila and Kate, I'm a bit late on one of my most important CERAWeek follow-ups, scheduling a lunch with both of you. I'll start by sending my availability over the next few weeks. Kate, I've copied Amanda so she can help identify a good date for you. Leila, please chime in regarding your availability. I'm available March 28, 29, April 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 12, 18. Let me know if any of these works or we can look further out, if necessary. Once we find a date, I can find a location that works for us.
Look forward to getting together. Best, Jim (703 431 9749 mobile)

hi! we can have it here at DOI. I can pick up some sandwhiches and if the weather is nice we can eat on the roof or we can eat in the DOI cafteria or in the conference room.

Good idea with eating at DOI, given the time constraint. One change, would it be okay with you if I brought the sandwiches? You are both so busy and I can plan time to get them on my way over to DOI, will that work? I appreciate your help. Thanks, Jim

Would you have 10-15 min to participate in our annual study?
This research will be confidential and the editorial division will not have access to your responses. All findings are only presented in the aggregate at the conclusion of our study, which you will be able to receive a copy of.
Thank you so much!
Respectfully, Mike Gottlieb
