I am today ordering the two text books suggested by you. This case has been removed to the F e d e r a l Court and p l a i n t i f f has filed a m o t i o n to remand it to the State Court, and we are, therefore, at the present time concentrating all our efforts on this legal phase of the question and it will probably be some time before we will be ready to take up the m e d i c a l end. However, this case will probably not be ready for trial until sometime next Fall. In the meantime, we will feel free to call upon you for additional information and help in preparing the medical end of t his case.
