These samples were taken from section 3, 5, top, and top cone on the column. All samples contain asbestos, specifically, chrysotile and amosite. If any renovation is planned, please complete the "Notice Of Intention To Demolish Or Renovate A Structure Or Facility Containing Asbestos Material" form and send it to Peri or me.
