The 100 mg/kg/day dose was more severe but comparable to the 50 mg/kg/day dose with regard to hematology, urine analysea, gross and micro pathologic examin ation. The LD50 was 75 mg/kg/day. No adverse reactions including hematology, urine analyses, gross or mioropathology, except after ten days sosllng and wrinkling of the skin, was observed from the 10 mg/kg/day dose. The 50, 100, and 200 mg/kg/day dose produced gener alized inactivity, weakness, lassitude and loss of appetite. The 200 mg/kg/day dose produced death before adverse skin reactions were observed. At the 50 and 100 mg/kg/day levels, there were akin reactions which revealed scaling, wrinkling and fissures. At these doses there were no effeots on hematology or urine analyses.
