So a note of good news is that I finally have a political hire in the regional administrator starting Tuesday. In short, LEP is simply owed $5,657 million in work which should be paid through Puerto Rico's State Revolving Loan Fund for waste water infrastructure? I will finally have someone to help me with tracking this down. I'm happy to do that and glad he's aboard. However, I have to admit that although EPA provides the funds if there's no funding in PR's SRF, I'm not sure what to suggest. However, I'm still on this.

Ryan, Just checking in on this. POTUS going to Puerto Rico post-Hurricane.
Any way we can get this done as part of recovery? They are an infrastructure company that can do tons to fix existing pipelines on the island with minimal disruption.
Please let me know.
Thanks.

Thanks again for the time last week. I'm checking on the PR SRF situation. You are correct, that was a ridiculously written memo. I'll get back with you soon.
