Sanborn visited the T and S Oil Company oil and gas facility located near Ochelata, Oklahoma on 02/20/2020 for an unannounced inspection. There were no representatives of T and S Oil Company present for the inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION This facility did not have signage and is potentially a temporarily inactive tank battery with storage tanks on site. The status of the lease was unknown at the time of the inspection. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed no secondary containment. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN This tank battery status was unknown and potentially inactive.
