Mr. Lindsey,
Thank you so much for reaching out. It always brings me great joy to hear from fellow Oklahomans. I am copying Hayley Ford who will be able to assist you from here. She will ask you to complete a meeting request form before we can offer/confirm times.
Please let me know how I may further assist.
Warm regards,

I write today on behalf of the Oklahoma Pork Council and the Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association to request an appointment to meet with Administrator Pruitt during our legislative fly-ins in April, 2018. The delegations from okPORK and OCA will arrive the afternoon/evening of Tuesday, April 10, and will fly out either late Thursday, April 12, or the morning of Friday, April 13. Ideally we would like to meet with Administrator Pruitt on Thursday morning April 12, but we are flexible in our schedule. We have not started scheduling meetings with our congressional delegation so we could accommodate Administrator Pruitt's schedule.
Topics of discussion would include WOTUS and the CERCLA/EPCRA reporting requirements for large animal facilities.
We would anticipate our group would total 10 people with five from each organization. This could change and we'd be happy to provide you with names and details on who would be attending the meeting.
I was told you are the person to contact to set up this type of meeting. If I've sent this to the wrong person, please let me know who to contact.
I can be reached via email at this address or via phone at 405-232-3781 if you have any questions or need any additional information.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
