E&kins & Co. as mentioned in our letter #1884 of May 31st , beg to state Eakins & Co. advise that the price of 25^ per lb. represents barrel price. If packed in 100 lb. kegs, price would be 27^ per lb. Barrels contain about 50Q lbs. each. As this material is for lobbing purposes presume it will be necessary for you to have it packed in kegs. We have however instructed Eakins & Co. to prepare the material and await our instructions regarding packing.
