Antecedent precipitation was wetter than normal on the date of the inspection (see Attachment B). Field Work Conducted Performed joint inspection with the 402 inspectors, looking at potential wetlands impacts due to the sand mining operation on the Site. Observations were conducted at the location where the wetlands intersect the RPW and photographs were taken. Locations of observations are included in the attached site overview map and photographic log (see Attachments A and C).
