Reed: Enclosed is a report by Mr. Harold Bavley and Mr. Heinrich G. Brugsch of oar technical staff on a visit made to your plant on March 2, 1966. The dust counts made by Hr. Bavley indicated that concentrations of asbestos dust and fibers are within permissible limits* The maximum allowable concentration for asbestos, however, has not been as firmly established as some others; hence, every reasonable effort should be node to keep the concentration of particles of this substance as low as possible.
