I received your report In the above case and have handed same to Court Reporter. m. Dolezal for filing under the terms of the stipulation in said case. Mr. Dolezal after examining the same says that it is substantially as given him at Basin, Wyoming.
I thank you very much for the clear and concise .tements contained in the report as they certain to the qu

I;o doubt your report came from my request to the Continental Gil Company for a concise and definite statement by someone considered of the highest authority in 'the manufacture and use of tetraethyl gasoline. The Standard Oil Company having already furnished such a report In said matter.
In your letter or report, you state that an "investi gation made independently by the public Health Service" etc. was made. I would verm much appreciate It and I feel the Judge would also appreciate it, if you would procure report or copy of a report or an opinion or copy of an opinion upon this matter by someone connected with said investigation who is not Interested In any oil corporation or in the sale of tetraethyl gasoline. I think such a report or opinion would definitely clear up this matter. I would appreciate this information under the signature of yourself or someone connected with that investigation at an early date.
Another matter I might call to your attention is the fact that the finding of some lead in the urine of the claimant by Mayo's was several years, at least two or three after he was employed.
Thanking you for any assistance you may give us in this matter, I remain
Yours very truly.
