The waiver request required this facility to perform an emission test as specified in 40 CFR 61.245 during the period of the waiver. The emission test was conducted on September 4 and September 8, 1987. A copy of Mr. John Friend's letter to Mr. Ravan advising him of the emission test Is attached. This letter provides you the emission test results per 40 CFR 61.13. No leaking valves were found in the 200 randomly selected valves which were monitored In this emission test.
