Mr. Matt Brady appeared on behalf of Mr. Pavlik. The Court has scheduled this matter for a Pretrial Hearing on January 10, 1995 at 8:45 a.m. It will be important for you or another representative of Sherwin-Williams to attend that Pretrial Hearing. Mr. Brady made the point that this claim involves very little lost time and he inquired as to the possibilities of settlement. I advised him that I had no authority in this regard but invited a settlement demand. He also indicated that the claimant was examined by Dr. Kathleen Fagan. Have you received a report from Dr. Fagan? My file does not contain a copy of any such report. I requested that Mr. Brady supply me with same.
