Kehoe College of Medicine University of Cincinnati Eden & Bethesda Aves* Cincinnati, Ohio Dear Dr. Kehoe: At a meeting with sane of the du Pont people here the other day for the purpose of organizing some of our re lationships under the new set-up at Baton Rouge, the question of your position as a consultant at du Pont was raised, and also the matter of your fee in line with TEL work* I took the liberty of making the following statement: Since du Pont is not relieved of any respon sibility for the overall TEL operations, I felt that their ar rangements with you should continue, at least until such time that you yourself thought the situation should be otherwise. It is true that the operating management responsibility at Baton Rouge is changed, as there can only be one boss there and that will be Clint Bond; nevertheless, in the overall program du Pont are still required to give us as much assistance by way of personnel and advice as they have done in the past.
