Directors 1967-68: The Nominating Committee for 1966-67 considered several courses of action and decided to defer them for the consideration of future committees. In view of the importance of the health and safety activity, inquiries were made to du Pont and they indicated interest in accepting a more active role a^ both the direc tor and technical committee level. Accordingly, the number of directors representing the tetraethyl industry was in creased to two for 1966-67, but this change was not regarded s precedent setting by this nominating committee. We wish to point out that normal representation from the battery industry was continued during 1966-67 by Mr. K. W. Green in his capacity of Vice President. Our Committee also recognized'the desirability of rotation of directors representing foreign lead producers but decided to refer this to your committee for reconsideration. \ \ \ N 3687.01
