We met with Terry Collum, Field Supervisor for Enerco Operating Corporation. The inspection was conducted by the authority of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to determine compliance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. There were no other federal, state, or local agency representatives present at the time of the inspection. EPA previously inspected this facility on 04/14/2025. FACILITY DESCRIPTION EPA conducted an inspection on the Enerco Operating Corporation / Fouke D-3 SWD System & Goldman A, Goldman-Mariman, Hunter Collins Leases. The Fouke D-3 SWD System consists of three (3) saltwater tanks, one (1) slop tank, three (3) injection pumps, and one (1) saltwater disposal (SWD) injection well. The Goldman A, Goldman-Mariman, Hunter Collins Leases consists of seven (7) oil storage tanks, four (4) heater treaters, and one (1) "not in use" storage tank. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed the facility, associated signage, injection well, storage tanks, heater treaters, and secondary containment see Appendix 1 (Photograph Log), Photo No. 1, No. 2, No. 7, and No. 8. For additional GPS location and photo metadata, see Appendix 1. I observed two (2) injection pumps leaking crude oil at the Fouke D-3 SWD System, see Photo No. 3 through Photo No. 6. Loose oil surrounded the pumps. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN EPA Region 6 inspectors Tom McKay, Kerri McCabe, and Uma Lad held a closing conference with Mr. Collum and discussed the following areas of concern at the time of the inspection: Two (2) injection pumps leaking crude oil; and Loose oil surrounding the leaking injection pumps. Section IV - FOLLOW UP Inspector will provide the completed inspection report to the company representatives. On January 17, 2026, Mr. Collum submitted documentation demonstrating that Enerco Operating Corporation completed repairs on the injection pumps to stop the leaks and removed the loose oil surrounding the pumps.
