This warning incorporates not only the asbestos OSHA regulations 1910.1001 caution labels, which states: "All raw materials, mixtures, scraps, wastes, debris and other products containing asbestos fibers, or to their containers, except that no label is required where asbestos fibers have been modified by binding agent, coating binder or other materials so that during any reasonable conceivable use, handling, storage, disposal, processing or transportation, no air borne concentration of asbestos in excess of exposure limits prescribed in paragraph (b) of this section will be released." This in essence is OSHA's regulations required in labeling. It is felt by our legal advisors and, as you can see, by the John Mansville people, who have used a warning label on their asbestos paper, that some type of warning should be used.
