Good afternoon, Roger Attached is the draft agenda which mirrors the draft January agenda previously provided. We are still making some adjustment to the draft agenda in terms of sessions but the start and end times are fixed for travel planning purposes. Next week, I will send all the participants the draft agenda and other materials so be on the lookout for that email.
You and I had some good RCRA discussions at the IOGCC meeting in Pittsburgh last fall and I look forward to even more positive discussions in Denver!
Thanks, Jim

Dear Oil and Natural Gas Roundtable Participant:
I am pleased to inform you that we have rescheduled the oil and natural gas roundtable for Tuesday, February 27 and Wednesday, February 28 at EPA's Regional Office in Denver, Colorado.
As a previously invited and confirmed participant, you have first right of refusal with respect to participation. Unfortunately, we were not able to secure a bigger meeting space, so seating is limited to the same number of participants as it was originally. If you are not able to attend, you are encouraged to designate someone within your organization to take your seat. We ask that you confirm your participation by 5 pm eastern on Wednesday, February 7, 2018. If you do not confirm participation by Wednesday, February 7, 2018, your seat will be offered to one of the individuals on our waiting list. To confirm your attendance, please send an email to Jim Kenney at kenney.james@epa.gov. Jim will provide you with additional logistics and information.
Again, please accept our most sincere apology for the unavoidable postponement of the roundtable. USEPA and its cosponsors - the Environmental Council of the States (ECOS) and the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission (IOGCC) - look forward to hearing all of your individual perspectives on these important issues in Denver.
If you have further questions, please feel free to contact Jim Kenney by email at kenney.james@epa.gov or by phone at 202-768-2618.
