The purpose of this hearing is to begin the Committee's bipartisan development of the next surface transportation reauthorization bill. This hearing is the first in a two-part series of hearings focused on that legislation. The Committee will receive testimony on the Trump Administration's priorities for that bill. To maximize the opportunity to discuss this matter with you, we ask that your oral testimony be limited to five minutes. Your written testimony can be comprehensive and will be included in its entirety in the printed record of the hearing together with any other materials you would like to submit.
