Sanborn visited the Mark Clemishire Oil Company, LLC oil and gas facility located near Oilton, Oklahoma on 01/13/2020 for an unannounced inspection. There were no representatives of Mark Clemishire Oil Company, LLC present for the inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION This facility is known as the Russell-Drummond tank battery. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed a dry secondary containment area. There was a cut in the berm wall during the inspection and the berms were eroded and inadequate. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN The berms of the secondary containment were inadequate.
