I myself was perfectly happy with my clinical findings in Mr. - about a stone of superfluous weight and a B.F. of 160/l00 vere the only physical abnormalities I could detect. Clinically the lungs appeared to me perfectly normal and the chest movements fully up to normal standards, Arthur Merritt of the Perth Radiological Clinic took a fresh series of films at varying exposures to make them comparable vith your films, and he vas of opinion that a diagnosis of asbestosis could not be established upon the films alone. I would much appreciate the opportunity of a chat with you regarding Mr. - - case and asbestosis in general when next you are in Perth. Perhaps you could spare a moment to let me know when your next visit is likely to be. If fairly soon.perhaps I could hold the films until then; if however you won't be in Perth in the .immediate future I shall return the films to Kalgoorlie with the hope that you.will- bring' them down again when you are next passing this way'.
