BOX 2424 Amherst, MA 01004 Dear Ken: In response to your letter of September 25,1995, ENSR has sent you all of the materials that have been identified from the previous update of the CMA Vinyl Chloride update study. I know of no other materials. I had assumed that the documentation of the files was included. I have asked Nancy Gordon to inquire from the previous biostatisticians on the project to make certain none of them have any such documentation. To date, she has not found any. Pursuant to the agreement between ENSR and CMA, we have searched ail of the ENSR off-site storage file boxes stored after the middle of 1994 for the missing death certificates. We have not found any of them. We had previously pulled every file box which was identified as CMA vinyl chloride or could have been CMA vinyl chloride. I am sorry that we have not been able to find the missing information. If you have any questions, please call me.
