Hancock - Rayloc-Hancock began checking in cores in late December, 1972. Production begain in early 1973. In the late 1970's, an addition was made to the original building. They now have a building of approximately 120,000 square feet. They remanufacture brake shoes, disc pads, clutch discs, clutch assemblies, water pumps, alternators, starters, disc brake calipers, and distributors. They are also suppliers of power steering pumps and wiper motors. Hancock serves the Eastern Division, Quaker City Group, Wilmar Group, and some Central Division Distribution Centers with the lines they remanufacture. Under Joe Huff's leadership, Hancock continues to do a good job and is a real asset to the overall Rayloc operation. Memphis - In the early 1950's, Rayloc-Memphis began operations and has seen steady growth through the years. In 1965, they moved into a new 50,000 square foot building. They remanufac ture brake shoes, dose pads, clutch discs, clutch assemblies, and water pumps for distribution to the Mid-South and most of the Mountain Divisions. Rayloc-Memphis is a very valuable part of the overall Rayloc operation. Dan Childress and his people do a fine job for our customers year in and year out. They will continue to move ahead. Payson - Rayloc-Payson began operation in April, 1979, with first production in August, 1979. This operation is housed in an approximate 100,000 square foot building.
