Ltd., and that the transfer of junior staff officers of Australian Blue Asbestos Limited should be considered from time to time on the recommendation of the Manager. The staff and salary changes indicated in Hr. Powell's memorandum or 22nd. November, 1949, were agreed to, and, in addition, it was decided to transfer the registered office of Australian Blue Asbestos Ltd. from Perth to Wittenooa. It was also decided that no further Australian Blue Asbestos Ltd. capital should be issued at present and that operations at Wittenooa should be financed by C.S.R. Co.
