A minimum inward draft of 100 feet per minute across the top of the con tainer is required. 2. A bottom door or baffle on No.l mixer discharge in dry compounding will increase the inward draft or a 3-sided enclosure may be considered. 3. Side baffles on the exhausted transfer from blender to hammer mill will increase the inward draft. Provision of the baffle would not interfere with material flow. 4. Hopper charging on No.6 backing machine in the Rolling Department requires a partial cover to reduce the airborne lead contamination.
