Hi OST and Highways Team, ARailroad Crossing Elimination project in Grand Forks has had some cost escalations since receiving their RCE grant in 2023. They have found further local funds, but are looking for an additional $15 million to make up the difference. FRA grants seem unlikely, but would you be able to connect virtually with Brady from Sen. Cramer's office and me to help us identify if there are other FHWA or OST sources of funds that could help bridge the gap? Please let me know if you have a window next week to discuss.
