Dear Mr, Mittnacht: I am sending you herewith the cor rected copy of the material supplied by me for the new handbook, and I am sending you as well a new set of specifications for mixing installations. You will note that I have specified mixing instal lations which use drum shipments of Ethyl Fluid. This I did advisably because it appeared to me that it would be necessary to issue new specifica tions with the tank car mixing equipments, and that these might be set out as entirely separate specifications* They need not be supplied to any persons except at plants where tank car mixing installations are regarded as possible or likely, I believe that the new specifications cover all of the important points in drum mixing equipments, and I woufd like these specifications put into ef fect at once* I hope that my waiting until I reached home to finish up the specifications has not occasioned you any unusual delay or inconven ience* Kindest regards* Very truly yours, RAK :EJ ENCL* 2 \ HE 000064-8
