(2) Close with hand end test for fit and presence of leaks. (3) Cheok remaining life of canister - replace canister each year regardless of length of time in use._ (ty) Cheok head bands for life. (5) Wash face piece v/ith soap and warm water, rubbing well. (6) Replace in box properly, taking care that tube deflectors are in proper position. B. Air-line Respirator (1) Te3t all couplings, inspect gaskets and tighten well. (2) Jee that plug cup on second blower outlet is tight. (3) Affix face piece and operate blower to check air delivery. (^) Check hose by bending, Inspecting for cracks and breaks. (5) Inspect safety belt. (6) Inspect head bands. (7) Affix face piece, place band over Y and test for leaks and fit. (#) Wash face piece v/ith soap and warm water, rubbing well. (9) Replace in case, using clean paper bag for face pieo6 and tubes. Take care that the wrenoh and blower handle are in proper position. C. One-half Hour Oxygen 15ask (1) See that "Cardoxide" receptacle is full. If mask has not been used, change once a year. (2) Affix face piece, see that gaskets are in place. EC4674 K 0551
