Wyoming has concerns that I would like to discuss with you. I have attached the EPA fact sheet and a comment letter sent by Utah that gives a good overview of issues and concerns that would be mostly consistent with Wyoming's view. My staff are in the process of summarizing Wyoming specific concerns that will be sent at a later date. There were 44 commenters (mostly states and tribes). Ten states commented (ND, SD, UT, CO, ID, OK, MI, WI, MN and ME).
