At 3pm today OAQPS is planning post information in the banner of this website announcing that facilities can submit requests for a Presidential Exemption under section 112(i)(4) of the Clean Air Act for the nine NESHAPS identified in the 3/12 press releasL. The email box is live now and OAQPS staff have access to it. The communication strategy has the desk statement and a social media post, and we can add a notification list if needed. There are a couple of q/a in the comms plan that will need fleshing out in case we're asked.
