No signage is permitted on the premises without prior authorization. CPAC reserves the right to confiscate any materials and/or remove persons found in violation of this policy at its discretion. Filming for commercial purposes is strictly limited to those with the appropriate CPAC media credentials, and CPAC retains all fair use rights in their intellectual property for any and all commercial filming done during the course of the event. In addition, no partisan politicking is permitted on premises during CPAC 2025. Many event venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference. No refunds will be given for those who are removed from the conference for violating any aspect of the Code of Conduct. Intellectual Property Neither purchasing tickets to CPAC 2025 nor acceptance of these terms or conditions shall be construed as any waiver of the CPAC's intellectual property rights. Any commercial use of CPAC's intellectual property is prohibited unless approved in writing in advance by CPAC. No photographs or video taken at CPAC 2025 may be used for commercial purposes unless the attendee has obtained written permission from CPAC. Commercial use of any video or photography taken at CPAC 2025 in which CPAC's intellectual property is used will be considered infringement. Professional photographers and videographers and those who are compensated for filming any aspect of CPAC 2025 waive any claim to the doctrine of "fair use" of CPAC's intellectual property. CPAC reserves the right to seek damages for any infringement of our intellectual property rights.
