VCM Storage Facility Meeting of 3/5/82 Discussion of the above subject resulted in the following decisions: 1) At the current projected VCM usage rate for 1982, we will continue to operate SVR unloading VCM from tank cars at North Charleston to unit storage tanks. This decision will be reviewed in early 1983 to determine if business conditions have changed. 2) The underriver liner has been installed and will be in service at startup. Relief devices on the transfer line will be reviewed to ensure full protection of the line without venting to the atmosphere. 3) Pressure readings of the annular space surrounding the liner will be monitored. 4) In-plant visual inspections of the transfer line will be continued by SVR personnel.
