INTER-OTFICE CORRESPONDENCE Et hyl Gaso l ine Co r po r at io n At l a n t a Of f ic e RHODES-HAVERTY BUILDING At l a n t a , Geo r g ia Lay 1, 1940. DR. EOBT. A. KEEGE, Lettering Laboratory Cincinnati Ohio. Dear Dr. Kehoe, | Attached, is a letter received from Dir. E. Y;r. Van Brunt, Secretary of the Orange State Oil Company, in further regar to the difficulty viiich they had in cleaning storage tanks at Tampa. The man referred to: was not included in the' mployed at Tamoa during the month of December when the two fatalities occurred at Tampa. You will note that Orange State's records indicate this man was employed only from IDovember loth through November 17th and from November 13th through November 26th. It would seem to me that there is not much connection between this man's illness and the other cases. We are asking Don Phipps to investigate what was done at Tampa during the time that Diitchell was employed there. Very truly yours, jac/ f .l enclosure CC-IJr*Lewis J/. A. Costello. Officer* D. W.
