Forecast III is 104% of budget but $187,000 less than Forecast II. Most of the "slippage" is in domestic RG-244 and the drilling mud products, due to health/regulatory factors. Concerted efforts are underway to regain the losses and we anticipate an improvement in Forecast IV.
