There are two v e ry im portant a re a s with re sp e c t to t h i s item. For producers o f concrete p ro d u cts, both sack and bulk, maintenance of c o lo r has t o be c o n s i s t e n t a lo n g with q u a l i t y . A l s o w ith re s p e c t t o p l a s t i c , we.cannot continue t o have a s b e s t o s in the hand p l a s t i c and no a s b e s t o s in the gun p l a s t i c and t h i s does happen. A n o th e r item i s t o be on th e peg w it h r e s p e c t t o s a c k w e i g h t s . We have been o v e r and under numerous tim e s. 3. Load-out We are s t i l l d e l a y i n g t r u c k e r s . We have had c o m p l a in t s on d e l a y s i n v o l v i n g a s much as 9 hours as re c e n tly as November 9, 1965 (see attached RTA). We c o n t i n u e t o c h a rg e th e premium - $.80 f o r gun p l a s t i c and $ . 5 0 f o r hand because t h a t i s what th e i n d u s t r y e s t a b l i s h e d and we follo w e d s u i t .
