Lee and Susan, I hope all is going well for both of you at EPA - it's very comforting to know you're there. Per Susan's
suggestion Kevin Shafer, Executive Director of Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District is requesting a meeting with OECA and the Office of Water to discuss the draft Administrative Order being advanced by EPA Region 5 that places new and previously unannounced interpretations of biosolids monitoring, reporting and temperature measurement requirements on MMSD. Please find attached a Meeting Request Letter and a Memo Summarizing the current challenges facing MMSD. Please let me know if this correspondence and attached Meeting Request Letter will suffice to get the ball rolling on the scheduling of meeting with Kevin Shafer. A snail mail copy has also been sent. Thanks!
