Reg. 28840. 2.0 The group reviewed the draft users survey prepared by Dr. R. Romano. Dr. Norris and Dr. Barter will send this survey to their VDC users. 3.0 The group discussed with tlr. Dickson our concerns with the proposed VDC rule. He will prepare the first draft comments. 4.0 Dr. Romano was requested to ask EPA for a 90 day extension (January 14, 1987) for the VDC comments. He was also requested to asked for an oral hearing. Both requests have been made and EPA has granted us the extension. 5.0 The group adjourned at 3:00 p.m. Subject to Approval Robert R.
