Conoco will propose the following in writing: 1. The upcoming project costs, VD-1 P &A, 80 foot assessment, etc. , will be cost shared based on the existing percentages. 2. However, if a new term cost sharing agreement is negotiated in the future, all costs incurred from expiration of the current extension (Friday) will be retroactively split based on the new percentages. TGG participated in the regional surfactants marketing meeting in Saddlebrook. Significant issues reviewed were the Canadian Chemical Inventory, New York State bulk storage rules, and the New Jersey hazard communication and labeling rules. 2. The environmental policy statement was presented to the Board of Directors for information and comment, minor comments on the "words" were made. A general endorsement of the policy statement and principles was received. 3. In conjunction with Legal, a meeting was held with URC to develop explicit references to the new product development/product liability steps that need to occur in new product development. Ultimately, the PD & I process may eliminate the need for two manuals. 4. Submitted health information on EDC to contractors involved in the VD-1 plugging and abandoning at LCVCM. 5. Schedules for upcoming environmental audits were sent for plant comments. 6. Submitted a draft RCRA training program to the Lake Charles Complex, 7.
